On Tuesday night, Washington D.C. residents held a vigil at the city's Dupont Circle to pay respects and grieve for the 17-year-old Muslim girl (Virginia teenager Nabra Hassanen.) who was fatally beaten this weekend as she walked back to her mosque.
But on Wednesday morning, the New York Daily News says Jonathan Solomon, a 24-year-old from South Carolina was arrested just after 10am on suspicion of kindling a bonfire at the site.
